How we ship your dress, how long it takes and how to pick it up at our shop in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Processing time
Dresses that are in stock usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs and areas
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
Free in-store pickup
Live nearby? Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your dress at our shop in Fall River, Massachusetts. We will email you when it is ready, and we will hold it for you for 14 days.
Special orders take longer
Special-order and custom-ordered gowns are made for you by the designer and usually take 8 to 16 weeks to arrive. For weddings and quinceañeras, order at least 4 to 6 months before your date. Message us if you need a dress sooner.
Rush orders
Have an event coming up soon? Message us with your date. If the dress is in stock, we will do our best to get it to you in time.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. See our Return Policy for details.
