Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. For wedding gowns and quinceañera dresses, we recommend booking an appointment so we can set aside dresses for you to try.
How far in advance should I order?
For weddings and quinceañeras, start shopping 6 to 9 months before your date. Special orders usually take 8 to 16 weeks. For prom and formal events, in-stock dresses can go home with you the same day.
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide and compare your bust, waist and hip measurements to the chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size and alter it to fit.
Can you find a dress in a specific color?
Yes. Tell us your color and your event, and we will pull options for you.
Do you offer alterations?
Ask us about alterations when you visit. We can help you plan fittings around your event date.
Can I return or exchange a dress?
Yes, within 14 days if the dress is unworn and unaltered with its tags attached. Sale, special-order and altered dresses are final sale. Read our Return Policy for details.
Do you ship? Can I pick up in store?
We ship within the United States, and you can choose free pickup at our shop in Fall River, Massachusetts. See Shipping & Pickup.
Do you carry dresses for the whole wedding party?
Yes. We carry wedding gowns, reception dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and mother of the bride dresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online at checkout. In the shop, ask us about the payment options available.
