Products and colors
We show every dress as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting in our photos. If you are unsure about a color, message us before you order.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, sale prices and stock can change without notice. If a dress is listed at the wrong price or is no longer available, we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders and payment
You will receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment or the item is unavailable, and we will refund any payment in full.
Special orders and alterations
Special-order and custom-ordered gowns are ordered for you from the designer and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the order is placed. Dresses that have been altered are final sale.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy.
